The O-content in the prepared molybdenum sheet changes after sintering at different temperatures, and the molybdenum powder also shows different patterns and indicators. The smaller the particle size of the molybdenum powder, the greater the activity, the earlier the sintering neck and the more difficult it is to remove impurities. In addition, the smaller the particle size of the molybdenum powder, the higher the oxygen content itself, and although the oxygen content is substantially reduced in pre-sintering, the oxygen content is still higher than in the comparison sample, so that the oxygen content in the final IF sintering is still higher. The fracture profile of the sintered billets after pre-sintering + low temperature intermediate frequency sintering of different molybdenum powders. The O content of the molybdenum powder is strongly influenced by the reduction temperature and the hydrogen flow and water vapour balance conditions. The O content of the sintered billets with ultrafine molybdenum powders after low temperature sintering is the lowest and slightly above the current technical standard.
